Even though I live in Canada 'The Great White North', it's very rare we get a true white Christmas on the East Coast! This year however, that is not the case! We have more snow this December then I can ever remember having and I am not complaining! (Although, once we hit January I will be singing a different tune)
This December we have gotten heaps of snow within a very short period of time. Literally within a week, we went from seeing muddy browns and greens to endless sparkling white.

I love living where I can get all extremes of each season. I couldn't imagine celebrating Christmas in shorts! Now don't get me wrong, I love the warm sun on my face, swimming in refreshing waters, boating and of course a good tan ;) But there is something about bundling up in a big knit sweater and sipping a warm beverage indoors while the snow falls.
It just feels like home.
It just feels like home.
